Revenue is shared between Franchisee and Franchisor in return for the ongoing support and services provided by the Franchisor. This is calculated by means of a share between the Franchisee and the Franchisor, with the majority of revenue being retained by the franchisee, whilst the franchisor is paid a Management Service Fee of 10% of turnover in return for the ongoing support and services.
